Hi Lucy. I live in Townsville and see from your photo that you enjoy coconuts! I have about 20 on my palm at home and use the milk and flesh on a daily basis. Drill the coconut with a electric drill and then halve it with a machete. Works for me. Your business is a great idea. KT
