- About Me:
- I've been following a raw vegan lifestyle for over 16 years and love seeing the movement expand so vastly! I also run SimplyRaw in Ottawa, Canada together with my husband. We offer private consultations, live food classes and our exciting 28 day SimplyRaw Detox Program. We also host monthly raw vegan potlucks on the last Friday of every month with up to 100 people attending!
We are currently planning the 3rd annual SimplyRaw Festival and Pie Contest on Sat 6 & 7, 2008. Don't miss this fun FREE outdoor event! Confirmed speakers are Victoria Boutenko, Paul Nison, Lalita (director of the Ann Wigmore Institute), Matt Monarch, Angela Stokes, Dorit and Caroline Dupont..
The highlight of the event will undoubtedly be the SimplyRaw Pie Contest on Saturday, Sept. 6 and the "Rawsome Dessert Contest" on Sunday, Sept. 7. Awesome prizes. Enter your pie (or dessert) and win a 9 tray Excalibur Dehydrator!
