I'm a hypnotist/hypnotherapist and Reiki Master...
I became Raw the begining of October 2007
In the first 10 months I lost 100lbs ( 7 stone)
I had a few setbacks due to some emotional garbage that was going on in my life, and started bingeing on cooked. I guess to numb the pain. .I gained almost half of that weight back on in a few short months.
Fortunately I am back to Raw it took me a long while to get back, but the most important thing is that I AM BACK
When I first went Raw I went 100% Raw immediately. Going back onto cooked and attempting to go back 100% Raw again was a nightmare. Just the same as giving up smoking or any other addiction. It was HARD. Just wanting to do something, or wanting to stop doing something isn't always enough to make u stop or be how you wish to be. There has to be a 're-programming' of the unconscious mind for this to happen.
As a result of this I decided to make a Hypnosis Recording for Staying Raw. If anybody is interested in this please let me know. :o)~

As far as formula recommendations I do not recommend EITHER cow nor soy. I have a great deal of research on both and you might be amazed and appaled by the ingredients not mentioned in both, even in the top organic brands! I recommend that you do some research on hemp and almond milk. My formulas are based on hemp milk due to the ratio of Omega 3 and Omega 6 being the closest to human milk and nearly perfect for brain building nutrition.
