- Coconut water is my first love! I also love string beans from the prospect park farmers market...straight up with a bottle of water. Anything from One Lucky Duck and chocolate cake from Jill's cafe.

- I'm a film fanatic and theatre student, by the end of this year hopefully i will begin studying film. I go to the movies atleast once a week...it's quality over quantity for me. That is a theme i'm trying to carryout in all areas of my life. I love feeding people! I collect cookbooks and rare books. I'm planning on opening a restaurant and film production company so anything related to those fields intrigue me...in addition to men with accents but i am not looking for one. I'm focused on my goals right now! I love decorating and I've got a doctorate in shopping

Deeezzze nuts
I bought tons of mason jars and filled them all with nuts and seeds...lots and lots of seeds every damn nut under the sun. sounds like a good idea?

Someone should have mentioned that i would end up feeling like a clogged pipe. For the past 5 days I have been unable to eat nuts/seeds. I've got sprouted almonds in my fridge and i can't bring myself to make nut mylk much less anything else with them.I think the clogged feeling ha… Continue

Help Me! I'm Relapsing
I can't believe this is happening to me! I find I suddenly want cooked food... cakes, noodles, buffalo wings,blue cheese! I don't understand why this is happening to me. I caved today, after not wanting anything cooked since the beginning of the year and not eating anything processed for over a month I decide to try the carrot cake in Whole paycheck. the thought of not brushing my teeth,i find repulsive...after so many teeth issues when i was a kid,up until i went low fat raw..im super diligent on the flossing and the gentle brushing....my gums dont bleed anymore either Debbie...
yeh,they totally rely on their natural instincts,something i am trying to get a firm grasp on in my own life...trusting my instincts and living my life this way,has worked so far :)
