- I am an avid raw foods lover, a Yoga instructor, and Personal trainer. I own a raw foods catering business in Park City..and love cacao mocha Lattes!

- Yes, I totally know that place, I live just a few blocks away. It's incredible food. I actually see Sarma around regularly since were in the same neighborhood. A location in PC would be incredible. Well, your in a great location to open something fun there.

Jas~~back it off a bit...i upped my dose from 2 T to 3T for 4 days and it was tooooo much...had a severe headache every one of those days....so today im not having any,and tomorrow i will start again with my regular dose again...i increased mine p...

Makes sense to me cos I have them. I used to just have one but after your post I had a further look and I have about 6 more. Some of mine are slightly raised. Recently I have decrease my fat intake by around 75%
