Hola lovely ladies!
Hope you are all fabulous! I bought a spiritual book called The Red Book right before I moved down south o' da border in the hopes it would be read to me. Many of you know of the brushes with death I endured last year, and my ongoing long, arduous journey towards full recovery. Audiobooks have been great as I have difficulty reading small print right now. The Red Book wasn't available as an audiobook but I bought it anyway.

- Hey there. I am going to have to try your ripe plantain, banana, mango smoothie. I live in a very Latino neighborhood so tropical frit is easy to get.
Lulu is fine. It rained so much in June in NYC so a lot of dogs are coming down with viruses like parvo, coronavirus, giardia, etc. from all the wetness and bacteria that the rain brought. I have to make sure Lulu is safe. Now that July is hear, the rain has been less and it finally feels like summer!
Spinach is good for you so add some to your smoothies! LOL

do you find anything relevant with the color therapy that Goodman talked about regarding natural weight gain, weight loss. overall color work sounds great. but am looking for roots of the study. any resources? anyone you know who did that with desired results?

That sounds like fun.. There is a thing called double dutch where two girls hold two ropes and you have to jump them both at the same time.. maybe you could find a couple of girls to try this with you. It's pretty impressive when you see it..
