Amy said… - I live on the Big Island. Fairly big island. Two main areas are Kailua Kona and Hilo. Kona is more touristy. A small house in Kona can be rented for around 1300 and out of town about a half an hour, maybe cheaper. Hilo, probably under 1000. rents are coming way down from all of the foreclosures. You can check out rentals on www.westhawaiitoday.com and it includes some on the hilo side or on Craigslist.com

Thanks for the kind comments. Yes, i like that video Food Matters too - it is excellent! Obviously your site has a food/ raw food focus and depending on what info you wish to share, I am certain you could also search You Tube or other sites like www.disclosure.tv to find relevant videos on food or natural health. There are ones about Aspartame called Sweet Misery or Sweet poison. There are also videos on Fluoridation etc.

P.S. I have a hard time sleeping without some nightcap food too. I was addicted to bananas and almond butter before bed, but I'm trying to phase it out by freezing bananas in the morning and then making raw ice cream at night.
Banana peach coconut smoothie for breakfast, then
3 Collard wraps with spicy mango salsa, avocado, onion, cilantro, sprouts, and sauteed portabello mushroom. Amazing.
Now I'm contemplating dinner. Might treat myself to Que Seraw Seraw in Burlinga...
