- Well, I have been a junk food Vegetarian for a couple years now and well that and the sedentary lifestyle I have led allowed me to go from a sexy 145lbs to a heavy 218lbs. I stumbled about the Raw Food revolution on the internet and I was blown away. I tried it for a week and felt awesome, but was soon back at my craving stage...now I am back again and aching to see what raw food will really help me do! Love ya! Sely

Im going through a divorce at the moment and it is harder then ever. I am still raw and plan to update as much as possible. I thank and love you all so much for the support you have given me.

Now I allow myself to eat whatever and however much I want as long as it's raw on those few difficult days. Presto, not so hard! Same thing with the gym, I'll make myself go, even if it's just to do the slowest exercises. I'm finding this "lack of pressure" is really helping me keep my good healthy habits. Xoxo!!

- Man do I love the hell out of you Mommy! You said everything I was thinking. I truly do wish this crap was over with! I am tired of his antics and when I try to confront his sorry ass...he starts whining and quickly finding something bad that I have done to him in return. I will tell you, being out here gives me a whole lot of time to think...a dangerous mix if I say so myself...and he is not doing so well in my eyes...I will not say it was a total bust marrying him...but if things do not change, he and I will not be together by the time this year finishes...

- Oh my Goddess you is back, You is, You is! so so happy i could just spit. you have no idea how much better i feel knowing i can still at least communicate with you, it really makes all the differance in the world! It has been wonderfully quiet these few days. G and I have really enjoyed them. And I have kept busy, not as busy as I'd have liked though (both Kina and Bobby had drama this week) but at least i've finished some projects leaving me open for more stuff i want to do. i just bought one by Raw*Revolution...its a little oily but tasty...i got the cashew agave one,i think i like the spirulina one better though...its 100% raw yum yum
