I have been involved in the raw food community for over 6 years and am loving every minute of it. The past few years have been filled with learning much about Taoist mysticism and qigong, cleansing and rebuilding, writing and lecturing as well as developing an entirely new paradigm from which we can lengthen our lives and build a sustainable way of living.
How can the community best support you in your journey? (moral support, transition advice, fitness tips, etc)

"Fashionista's" simply look at Fashion as an Art, their own bodies as the canvas, and the sense of style they develop along the way is simply the masterpiece.
