Hi all, I'm an early childhood educator, love my job cause I get paid to play with kids :D I have enjoyed my vegan diet for 4 and a half years, and would like to adopt a raw food diet because I believe it is a lot healthier than a cooked food diet.
How can the community best support you in your journey? (moral support, transition advice, fitness tips, etc)
Simple recipes would be a great help.
