About Me:

I lost 90 pounds with raw foods almost 5 years ago. I now enjoy eating seasonally, locally, and usually mostly raw. I love a 100% raw diet for cleansing.

My life is much more about energy now than food. I am on the board for a green energy company and I invest much of my time in my spiritual work, which is a kind of Qi energy training.

I am also creating http://LivingEarthVillage.com, a permaculture subdivision where as many as 100 families or more will be able to grow their own food and create paradise for their families. I have a long pipeline of projects as much of my next 20 years are becoming well planned, work-wise.

How can the community best support you in your journey? (moral support, transition advice, fitness tips, etc)

I'm seeking friends who are energetically supportive of my goals and I'm seeking my future neighbors in Living Earth Village. As a former owner of a raw foods business and someone who has lived in and around Sedona for 19 years, I've had a lot of experience with raw foodists and love you all.
