That is so cool. Well, you should check out Cafe Sunflower, a wonderful vegan restaurant! Also, there is a raw vegan restaurant called loving it live in east point! There are so many dishes to make raw, the list is endless. Check out the book Raw Food Real World, it is amazing and one of my favorites!
Hi Scott the good news is you don't have to be 100% Raw to get benefits even at 7% to 80% is most optimail for most people, Donna Karan the famous fashion designer is only 80% raw and she is quoted in many articles saying sometimes she will eat many other things but regardless of that whenever she is more RAW Organic and around 80% it balances out anything "bad" or non vegan she may be eating, Gabriel Cousens MD says for most people 80% Raw Organic 20% Organic Cooked: lightly steamed, boiled, soups, etc. is the most optimal so you don't have to be 100% Raw! People just do it to see what will happen or the effects I did it for 2 years once to see it was pretty RAWmazing but it does take a lot of time and effort, I tell people just ENJOY RAW and let your body, mind, spirit guide you to whatever amount that you like or enjoy it. You will naturally transition slowly into the perfect amount but the most important part is to have fun with it and not "worry" or "stress" out when you are raw or not raw, etc.!:
Instead of just Vegan try RAW ORGANIC VEGAN it is more dramatic difference, more chanllenging, although my recipes makes it easy, fast, fun and better than any other! Also Gideon Graff invited me to teach my RAW Chef Class in Atlanta, GA I really want to come visit! Gideon is a super famous raw Chef and I totally look up to what he has done for the RAW food community and movement. What do you as a entrepreneur? Just curious...
Also if you can film your 30 days on RAW ORGANIC FOOD I would be interested in using it in my RAW FOOD Documentary and I can help you market your DVD, etc. If you are doing cooked foods then maybe I we can meet and do 30 days RAW, I would like to film a raw documentary...let me know! :D

So, I ate some (too unripe) pineapple and it "ate" some of me. Sore lips, chapped mouth corners, slightly sensitive/swollen tongue. Anyone know of good remedies for these conditions? Was thinking I should avoid stretching and licking my lips, and ...

P.S. I have a hard time sleeping without some nightcap food too. I was addicted to bananas and almond butter before bed, but I'm trying to phase it out by freezing bananas in the morning and then making raw ice cream at night.
Banana peach coconut smoothie for breakfast, then
3 Collard wraps with spicy mango salsa, avocado, onion, cilantro, sprouts, and sauteed portabello mushroom. Amazing.
Now I'm contemplating dinner. Might treat myself to Que Seraw Seraw in Burlinga...
P.S. Yogi, When my body is in an unwanted condition like ill or overwhelmed I also ask it "What do you need to get well or fix that condition?" Watch closely for it's FIRST THOUGHT and don't invalidate it. Then do whatever you please of course-you...
hi stacey,
I was doing Hatha Yoga, that involves asanas, prayanama, bandha and mudras.
Apart from yoga we were taught Anatomy, Psychology, Philosophy etc., so that the students of this course could teach yoga and take it as a profession later.
I had a green juice (Celery, Cilantro, Parsley, Apple, Ginger, Fennel, Chard)
And a massive salad with wild caught sardine.
Coconut leek cilantro and lime soup
Might have a coconut kefir smoothie in a hour or two
