Many variations on this. Basic recipe is cacao, cacao butter and coconut oil, agave.

i havent tried it yet cause in italy it's just impossible to find cacao butter and raw cacao...but let me know how it goes;-)
This is an amazing recipe for raw chocolate bar. The raw honey gives it a creaminess. I can't keep it in stock at home. :(

they don't have an organic certification, but are as organic as you can get without the 'certificate'
these almonds are pasteurized and not raw...
I find it absolutely essential in my life.... Especially for things like soaking nuts and seeds, then dehydrating them and throwing them in the fridge in jars, so they are ready to use at any time...

Rachel Rose said… - Yeah, about the boyfriend, I don't think it's gonna happen. He eats alot of raw veggies and fruit, but he's not into the raw uncooking entree thing. I mean, he will snack on arugula straight from the container, and he loves everything that I make that is raw (and raw restaurants) but he's not gonna join this world. Too bad for him! He is missing out big time, in my opinion. It's funny though, I think one day he will go vegetarian, but I don't think it will be until our future children go veg. But who knows. I won't even cook meat or poultry for him anymore, in fact I don't cook anything much anymore for him. If he wants it, it's gonna be uncooked, and that's that jack. LOL I am a tough cookie!!! I need a mango now more than ever.
This year has been the worst mango season I've ever seen :( Honey mangos were sad with light colored flesh that held little flavor...Kent mangos...don't even make me go there.
