I'm with Elbow! You may want to start cutting down. You'll find that the higher raw you are, the more 'in tune' you are with how food affects your body. Even raw foods affect you! I find that maca and cacao make me feel jittery, especially cacao. ...

In May, I had a serious conversation with my husband. My thirtieth birthday was approaching, as was the adoption of our daughter, Ester. Packing up the Peppermint: Juice Fast Review
I had a thoroughly positive experience with my juice fast. Here are the things that made my fast successful:
