Update :)

Last weekend I went camping with friends, and although I didn't eat particularly 'bad' foods, I still thought that I must have gained a couple of pounds, but quite the opposite! When I stepped on the scale the morning after I got home I was shocked to find that I actually weighed 237!! This for me is exciting because I thought I would NEVER get past the 240 mark! I am so encouraged and I feel great! Like I've accomplished this great feat. That's 13 pounds gone.

I woke up this morning and weighed myself, and usually if I go up or down a pound I don't give it much thought because I know that it could be water weight, and there's no point in stressing over it anyways, so I just aim to do better.
