Yes, it was a gift from Heaven, where my new profile pic was taken, wore my yoga whites the whole time, got very muddy as it rained a lot. Wish I could be in nature more, actually I am, I spend time barefoot in the sun each day, inspired to me by David Wolfe program that I'll hear about this Friday in California. Wish you could make it. You're gonna be a great architect. Are you still raw-spired? :))) YerYogs
I was thinking of a line from a Fleetwood Mac song, OMG, I just realized, the title is........"Sarah"!!!
And the line is, "When you build your house, call me....."
Oh, that is too wonderfully amazing.
I love that song, and also their other song, "Gypsy"....hmmmm.....which....is what that pic of you looks like, with all the great colors, the blond hair, and the red, and looking down like a gypsy dancer. Wow.
I studied mechanical drafting with a just graduated architect. I hope you do great things with your knowledge. I have this book in front of me, The Natural House Book, by David Pearson.
I have a friend Craig Sommers who wrote the Raw Foods Bible, and he build cob houses (made of clay, straw and earth). He lives in the woods 40 miles from here, just outside of Austin. I'll be staying there for a week and making food in the kitchen soon when he hosts his cob-building week-long retreat.
So many things have opened up for me since January when I went raw.
You are most welcome. Hope your day is also a beautiful one and one filled with joy! Portugal eh?! Always wanted to go there, only made it as close as Spain though! maybe next time!
So, I ate some (too unripe) pineapple and it "ate" some of me. Sore lips, chapped mouth corners, slightly sensitive/swollen tongue. Anyone know of good remedies for these conditions? Was thinking I should avoid stretching and licking my lips, and ...
This book is written by a Yogi of India, He recorded so many magical and miracle experiences and encounters that he came across in his life in India, this book talks about the so many things few of them are:

P.S. I have a hard time sleeping without some nightcap food too. I was addicted to bananas and almond butter before bed, but I'm trying to phase it out by freezing bananas in the morning and then making raw ice cream at night.
Banana peach coconut smoothie for breakfast, then
3 Collard wraps with spicy mango salsa, avocado, onion, cilantro, sprouts, and sauteed portabello mushroom. Amazing.
Now I'm contemplating dinner. Might treat myself to Que Seraw Seraw in Burlinga...
P.S. Yogi, When my body is in an unwanted condition like ill or overwhelmed I also ask it "What do you need to get well or fix that condition?" Watch closely for it's FIRST THOUGHT and don't invalidate it. Then do whatever you please of course-you...
hi stacey,
I was doing Hatha Yoga, that involves asanas, prayanama, bandha and mudras.
Apart from yoga we were taught Anatomy, Psychology, Philosophy etc., so that the students of this course could teach yoga and take it as a profession later.
I had a green juice (Celery, Cilantro, Parsley, Apple, Ginger, Fennel, Chard)
And a massive salad with wild caught sardine.
Coconut leek cilantro and lime soup
Might have a coconut kefir smoothie in a hour or two
