- That is what is so cool about the ultimate tea diet book he talks about how the caffene in tea is different and is OK.
He does explain that the first use of the tea bag is where the caffene is so if you ae concerned about it just drink the tea from the second use of the bag.
I found the book at my library , you would love it. Very uplifting and teaches alot.

im going to humboldt for physics actually. but i am also taking music, religious studies, and am thinking about botany classes, not sure. im really interested in those, but am extremely interested in learning about plants, and how to live symbiotically with them. i am going to get right to gardening when i finally get back up to my house. mmmmm

- haahha no way, really? that is exactly what i just got back from doing. i've been wwoofing all summer, and am now in norcal, up to humboldt soon. ive been a couple of years in arcata going to humboldt state, going back for junior year. pretty exciting. i have to get up and set my garden up all my roomies. mmmmm
whereabouts in hawaii? i was on a 600 acre ranch near waipio valley the last month and a half. pretty spectacular

Thank you Wrenn that is what I thought too and your comments are very helpful! I think it would also be cool at $.99 for 5 TOTALLY new raw recipes and then it can be a series of them at $.99 each...thanks for your comment!
What are they used for? I've heard people people using them in smoothies.

Watch all three nights online. Some great info was given, but seemed like it was all about getting people to buy more and more products. All I know is that they made a TON of money.
