Im can be a homebody but like to be outside also. I like swimming in the Pacific and hiking in the mountains, waterfalls...

venting time for me
Who sais we have to eat the same way all the time? food rules suck.
Any diet that requires the omitting of healthy foods, whether it be greens, healthy fat, fruits or veggies..is unrealistic.
I mean could primitive man really afford to be so picky? I think not.
What is so bad about cooked whole grains anyway? I am not convinced of the theory of digestive leukocytosis from cooked food...from the findings of someone in the 1930's? Does anyone have any legit RECENT data that proves his findings ac… Continue

My daughter was the only one in her class that didnt get the flu vaccine
So I pick Kyra up from school today and she has this distressed look on her face. "Mommy everyone got their flu shot today except me, I was the only one that didnt!" I look around to see all the kids with their "Stop the flu in school" stickers on their shirts. Im sure she was disappointed that she didnt get a sticker either. Ive tried to explain to her that she doesnt need it. I give her elderberry, vitamin d, and a healthy diet and try to explain that she doesnt need to be frightened..sheesh.… Continue

My dreams wouldnt let me wake
This morning I woke up, got my daughter ready for school, and dropped her off. When I got back home I decided to take a nap for about an hour. I had plenty of sleep the night before but just decided an extra hour would be nice. Soo..once I fell asleep I immediately began having active, lucid dreams..one after another, after another. 2 tbls Olive Oil
1/2 cup chopped tomato
1/2 cup sun dried tomato's
1/2 cup red pepper
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp garlic

my magic bullet burnt out, it was good for travelling while I had it though. Can you get a second hand blender? The cheaper ones I have used don't chop up the greens as well. Try to get something with a higher wattage, like 1000watt.
