Just started up a new project for Gabriel. Always an exciting thing. I am currently Director of GabrielCousens.com, an online social, spiritual, media network where people can join and create profiles, chat, upload their videos (there's a community "youtube" channel), buy and sell goods consciously (if you're a member you get a free marketplace listing to promote your business), and of course, have access to tons of interviews and information from Gabriel Cousens, M.D., considered the top medical authority in the living and raw foods movement today. The site will be expanding in the future, offering conscious authors, speakers, and leaders who are choosing to live the Culture of Life the opportunity to have their own channel It's just in its formative stages now, but soon all this and more will be at your fingertips!
When I'm not working on the website, I meditate, most often in the temple at the Tree of Life; sing, including leading chanting on Wednesday evenings; read, I like reading works by great beings and others that offer spiritual growth.
I laugh a lot. I play in the mud. I live in a tent. I eat with my fingers.
I show up.

I'm interested in becoming a raw vegan chef. However i am very new to raw, and have no experience in the kitchen. i find TOL very inspiring, but i don't know if it offers a program for those who are beginners. if you have any advice i would really appreciate it!
Santi, I just saw your juice feasting video. Can you share with me a little about how the juice feast is individualised? Is it to do with the doshas? Am I right in that not everyone needs to have 'green' juices all the time? Are there fruit juices allowed or is it all done with veggies and some sweet veggies? Thanks.
Hi Santi, nice to meet you. I am an enthusiast of Gabriels work and practise alot of the tree of life recommendations for diet. I would love to try a juice feast sometime, I do find it rather cooling though in the the winter and don't always feel very good on it.

Check out Dr. Bass' books for a much more concise understanding of his research and findings. I bought his books immediately after watching these videos, and have been reading through them since. :-) Great info, thanks for posting! http://www.drba...
I find it's quicker to make four cuts, scaling the outer skin equally then pulling it away and thumping with a wooden spoon. Plus it's less of a mess and you don't lose any juice because none of the kernels are cut :)
There are different varietie...
