Hey everyone!! Well first off, I'd like to say that my whole life I have been raised on cattle ranches, and yes I do eat meat, but it never occurred to me that my whole life I always ate my steak rare. I absolutely hated it any other way and if you had read David Wolfes The Sunfood Diet Success System and saw the kirliean image of raw meat verses cooked meat you can see the difference!! I thought that was very interesting tho, guess my body was telling me what I really needed lol. Ihave just moved here to Oklahoma from Georgia and it's a big differnce!! Especially food wise, since I'm so close to Tulsa there are better food options. I did live right outside of Atlanta for a good 12 yrs and then we moved to south Ga where you can't even get a decent produce section in Wal-Mart it was just downright pathetic, but oh the farmers market and the watermelons that only cost 50 cents during the season, I will miss that!
Also, my horse is my best friend and a great inspiration to me because my horse (if you think about it) is only grass fed unless she really needs feed in the winter, and she is 100% raw and organic!! Lol, so if my horse can carry me around nad has this massive muscle mass, then you can't tell me you can only get protein from meat.
How can the community best support you in your journey? (moral support, transition advice, fitness tips, etc)
I do have a hard time sticking with raw foods, only because it's not always in my house. And you might say well go buy some. And I do, with what little money I make because I am also a full time college student. But when I do everyone else eats it and then gobbles up and then goes and eats the cooked food in the house. So I just rely on it being here whether it here or not and my mom is somewhat into raw foods and organic produce so she's my only hope lol. So I would love any advice or info on how to get by on raw organic foods as little as possible and I also love working out. So if you have any advice on gaining muscle/losing bodyfat be it training or nutrition wise please share!!!

well I agree with the above poster that legalism vs love, which is how I view religion versus spirituality, are two very different ways of approaching raw food, or anything for that matter.
