Hi Ryan, I have over 6 years of academic research and an agreement from a prof of nutrition to make a program exploding the world of dietetics. It is largely academic in nature, but I have no skills to make the program, but plenty of material. Let me know if you are interested in this venture, and good luck with yours! John

Well we are not early man. Sitting on the computer typeing isn't natural. Not sure what being natural has to do with working out. Jumping rope at a moderate pace seems okay for someone out of shape or for a warm up. If you want it to be an effect...
