About Me:
I absolutely love raw food. I did 100% for two and then four months. I pretty much won't buy anything but raw (and organic), but I seem to get sucked into eating non-raw food around others. How can I resist free food? On the up side, I usually suck them into eating raw food too.

On my own I average 90-100% raw.

I'm shifting more to juices as a staple. I also do a lot of honey. I supplement with as much wild as possible.

I currently am establishing a practice as a consultant in Holodynamics. It is the most amazing approach to self-improvement I have seen. I am still learning a lot, but the results thus far have blown me away. See my blog. I am going to be working primarily with clients in person in LA and Santa Barbara (with maybe eventually a few weeks a year in D.C. and London), but I also consult via phone and internet in my free time.
How can the community best support you in your journey? (moral support, transition advice, fitness tips, etc)
I'm mainly here to network and learn little tips and tricks for the raw journey.

When I read the story, I imaged it to be so much more then this movie portrays. In fact, when I was watching it I thought it was a spoof . . . like wait, is this really the movie?? This isn't some kind of rehearsal or something?

P.S. I got it for free! Just as I walked out of the bathroom, someone put a bag of books on the "free" shelf at the library and I felt impressed to go over and look at them (which I normally wouldn't do), and then felt impressed to pick up the Cel...

I just read it in like 3 days. I was so into it I thought it was me. Aint no way that book is fiction. I'd like to hear more people's comments on it but he originally sold it as nonfiction and went fiction when it was picked up by a major publishe...

DSA Test Page

I'm working on developing a single page method that people can use to get started with a technique I've working on over the last six months. It is largely based on Holodynamics, but actually has a lot of other elements and modifications. I'd be interested in knowing if people are able to get the same results I've been getting and how it works, so if you don't mind being a "tester" for me, here it is for you. Give me your feedback! :)… Continue

Some Permaculture Assistance

If anyone has or knows of a project that needs some help, hit me up. I've got a little free time from now to Thanksgiving and am looking for a change of scenery. Preferably SW US (California), but I'm open to other options.

I've posted a bit about myself at: radicalvitality.com/garden/ (a bit old, but you get the idea)

Doesn't even have to be anything spectacular, just a couple hours of work in exchange for room and board . .… Continue

The beliefs you have about the food you eat

When I first read in David Wolfe's first book "Nature's First Law" that the beliefs you have about the food you eat are as important as the food you eat, and an essential element to address when transitioning to raw, I was a bit shocked by the statement, but figured it could be true. And probably was true. Though I wasn't sure how.

Well, the last two weeks have born the truthfulness of this out. Previous to coming to summer camp to help my brother on some projects, I was eating all by myself. I… Continue

Update

It's been a while since I've been on here and I thought I'd update you with some of what I've been up to.

As noted earlier, I attended a holodynamic training session in February. I was very impressed with what was presented and what I experienced, but in many respects it almost seemed too good to be true. Well after three months of intensive application (and I mean INTENSIVE - up to 8 hrs. / day), I am not only impressed, but I am blown away. This was all actually achieved on a 70-day solo camp… Continue

Spicy Carrot Juice

Yum . . . My friends just gave me an idea. As I looked over at their Spicy Hot V8, I thought I'd try a raw version. Using the ingredients I had, I came up with the following:

3 Carrots
4 Radishes
1/2-1 Yellow Bell Pepper
1/4-1/2 Lemon
2-3 T Apple Cider Vinegar
1-3 t Namo Shoyu
1-2 t Salt
1-2 t Cayanne
1/2 Garlic clove

Add enough water to liquefy in VitaMix. Strain and enjoy!

YUM. I actually didn't measure exactly, this is just a guess, so modify as you wish!
