Yea I used to feel like that when I bought these gadgets. Now I just look em up & make them myself. They're pretty easy to make if you have basic knowledge of handy-manism.

How do you eat your greens?
I read on a post that you've been doing strict fruit and greens for 7 months. Does that include fatty fruits? Do you think it possible to completely eliminate overt fat?
