- About Me:
- I've been livin' RAW for over 10 months. My boyfriend introduced it to me, so we are both RAW/Live foodists. On this lifestyle I have lost 28 pounds. I had always struggled with my weight, I was always a gym rat, but my diet was always off. When I finally made the "switch" I shedded pounds so quickly but I never lost my strength. In fact I felt stronger. I was doing regular push ups, not the sissy ones. I was also doing pull ups. I was so amazed how I was able to lift my body weight! I have been maintaining my 118 lbs for months, so I am at my actual God given size. Other than my improved strength, I am more in tuned with my body and I have learned to know what it wants and needs. I can't imagine going back to my old ways. This is the path I would like to continue to take... I am RAW and I'm lovin' it!!!

Our manna....our bread....Like drinking liquid sunshine! Sometimes I'll eat something else, then have a glass of orange juice and say to myself "wow, I could have just had the orange juice!" -- Its the best!
