oh dude, i totally discovered your website the week before xmas... and as a result I had a very enjoyable dining experience.
Seriously good recipes.
I love that they are quite quick and easy, and don't involve days of preparation.

So well done, and thank-you for the inspiration.

That Willy Wonka quote is one of my favorites!
I actually made my dad a picture using that quote as his Christmas present this year.

Hi Russell,

I have tried your Thai wraps----even taught a food prep class using them, your Mediterranean Almond Bread--- (have some folks who want it for part of their wedding) and made your Pomegranate Cheese cake for a client's birthday.
Your food is : Metzuyon!!!! (Excellent) I always enjoy making them and
having no problem selling them. Here in Eretz Israel, the raw food craze is just catching on---- moving quite quickly, I may add.
Would love to exchange friendship

Hi Russel,

Thanks for all the gorgeous yummy foods you prepared at the Raw Coach Training. Your catering introduced me to the word of 'gourmet raw'.

I really enjoyed it and cannot wait to try some of your recipes!
Keep up the good work. I hope we will run into eachother again in the future.

Take care, Mei

You're suppose to be able to pick the leaf out of the middle - and it comes out realllllllll easy - if it's ripe. It should smell ripe too.

It's actually surprisingly easy once you get the hang of it. No machete required. Shave off the husk at the pointed top close to the shell. Then poke the point of a knife in about 2 or 3 cm out from the centre and wiggle it about until it pierces ...
