Hey out there !!! How does everyone out there balance their diet.??
D. Wolfe recommends 33% each of fats, greens, sweet fruits (by dry weight).
I personally think I am close to this - likely a bit low on the fats.
More like 20 40 40 ... or 30 35 35...
Curious if any of you pay attention to this... and how it makes you feel ?
I know I am extremely tired... no spring in my step.
Today I "fell off the smoothie wagon" and had some nut/seed crackers with avocado.... I felt better afterwards !!…
