ANANAS said… - Ahoj Renato. Ano, jsem rodila prazacka - ale nevim, jestli to je neco na co jsem hrda. Radsi bych se narodila nekde v lese v chalupe a zila tam v klidu a miru a v cistem prostredi a ovzdusi. Vzduch tady v praze je tak spinavy a tezky dychat! Ja bydlim u hostivarske preharady a je tu ten lesopark, a tak je to o trochu lepsi!
Tu restauracku o ketre pises ani neznam. Priznam se, ze posledne jsem chodila jenom to govinda bufetu - je to veganska, ale varena strava. A ted jsem uplne prestala jist v restauracich. Ja jim prevazne syrovou stravu. Ale ne syrove maso - takze tataraky nejim.
Jezdis do Prahy casto?
Ja ted mirim do telocvicny tady and budu cvicit s cinkami... chci krasne svali & bricho na leto!!!

Ja MB moc ani neznam! Ale chodila jsen to skoly do brandysa nad labem, blizko Stare Boleslavi. Ale do Mlade Boleslavi jsem se nikdy ani nedostala!
Takze ty jis vetsinou syrovou stravu? A nebo 100%? Jsem dost zvedava co a jak jis! Doufam, ze ti navadi mi to prozradit!
Cvicis take? Ja jsem ted docetla knihu od Doug Graham, 80/10/10, a dosti se mi to libi! Chodim to gymu a mam docela dobry program! Ale s tim ocovem je to dost tezke! Zvlaste ted je to drahe ..
Jenom jsem zvedava, jestli v MB je k dostani dosti cerstve zeleniny a ovoce. Asi si take dosti pestujes sama na zahradce?

i love being raw and also fruits are my love, there is nothing more pure and beautiful than the flavor and the color of fruits, they give me inspiration, ideas and also good thoughts,
I've been raw for three years this will be my forth year, i just cannot change myself, i love it, J'adore le fruit, i love fruits , aren't they beautiful and full of pureness?
Know that i see that here is another raw foodie from Czech Republic makes me more happy, maybe in the future we will meet all the raw foodies who are closer :)

Anyone know of a dehydrator that really gets the job done for a really good price. (Somewhere under $80 maybe, or am I being too unrealistic?)
That's what I had. I used it for 10 hours once(was recommended by the instructions). It melted the plastic. It was a waste of $40
