It's actually surprisingly easy once you get the hang of it. No machete required. Shave off the husk at the pointed top close to the shell. Then poke the point of a knife in about 2 or 3 cm out from the centre and wiggle it about until it pierces ...
Isn't it?!? I personally can't think of anything more visually appealing then beautiful fruit :)

Putu among the pics, stays here in my home.
Hayei and Pinh Bing lived in the campus of my uni. they were both close to me. Both of them died last year.I sorely miss them. Their spirits are here though. Ping was old Hayei wasnt. anyways the spirits choose thier own ways.there are two more dogs living with me at home. i will put their pics sometime.

LOL Christmas! I keep seeing Christmas commericals on TV, and it's only October. It makes me want to fly to someplace sunny and tropical to get away from the impending winter. Snow is alright until January 2nd, and then I think Mother Nature needs to turn up the heat again. But for some reason, she's not listening to my complaints. o_O Are you asking Santa for anything in particular? I already sent "Santa" (aka... my mom Lol) my wishlist heh!
