Raw Honey is great from New Zealand or Canada... otherwise most likely contaminated with GMO.. If you can "feel" you already know this. By this statement I am not saying all honey from NZ or Can is good.
Maybe low integrity companies should stop branding High Fructose Corn Syrup as Agave? Use real raw agave nectar only, and you will not have any type of reaction.

Cacao , spirulina .. maca, do you eat such things , and do you count like acv and garlic into your diet as well ?
