I watch allot of films, experimental, independent and documentaries. Some films don't need to have a point, it's an art form. I love to travel to tropical places. I dislike cold dry barren places. I enjoy reading, being outdoors and preparing green veggies the general population shies away from. I teach children their native identity so that they can create a better understanding or relationship with nature. All of our ancestors had a strong respect for nature. The only thing consistent in nature is change. So keep it moving people..... I listen to a great deal of world music and enjoy dancing and expressing my self through movement. I'm learning that so much can be said without words, without sound. SILENCE! I'm an artist/creative who is not afraid to use any medium at my disposal. Street Art, Fine Arts, Film,Video installations, Raw foods, etc. I'm energy sensitive. I like to keep positive people around me. Zucchini & Green Zebra Tomato Lasagne
So yesterday Aura and I decided to prepare Raw Lasagne for the first time.
Getting all the ingredients together was a bit challenging, but none the less
it made the meal so much better.
I took Aura on a walk through Whole Foods Markets and Trader Joe's.
We got her all the necessary elements to proceed on her journey towards RAW FOOD!
What a wonderful day it was.

Successfully Raw
I had such a wonderful time being in the presence of all you wonderful beings.
You must forgive me for not being able to meet each and everyone of you.
I was in "THE ZONE" behind the camera.
The collective energy was so amazing!
I hope everyone had an enjoyable experience and can move forward with what
they need to be successfully raw...

Green Life
My raw food experience started 7 years ago as I came across a healer named Queen Afua. She runs a healing center called Healthyself in Crown Heights Brooklyn. Up until then i had never thought of Raw foods or any form of vegetarian diet as a lifestyle. A work in progress...
There is a possibility to be free from physical
bondage. Today I strike a blow to irradiate the mind of my useless
egotistical thoughts. I will balance my heart to Amen-Ra’s, Equilibrium
and focus on the subject of soul elevation. Emotional enzymes collect
in global consciousness empowering my love towards you. Slowly I

What other book can you recommend Angus?...staying with those kinda ideas, living in alignment with nature, natural hygiene, fruit diets, fasting (or anyone else :).

I'm not going to comment on climate change. But i will comment on carbon trading. Because they can produce such a consciousness of fear out of global warming - they are able to manipulate markets much more severely - and they seem to get away with...

i hope everything is wonderful, and i really can't imagine that it's not. . . as you get what you send and you send out nothing but love + light.
