- I am 26 years old. I've battled with EDNOS and various 'bad habits' and even though I'm better now, it's really taken a toll on my body.
i went %80 raw a couple years ago and it really helped me get healthy.
Lately i've been eating horribly, sleeping bad, i have horrible acne, i get sick all the tim and I'm just stressed out.
I know that food doesn't cure everything, but eating healthy can help heal my body and immune system. I'm hoping to stick with this, and add some of my other healthy habits that i dropped somewhere along the way: meditating, yoga, dance, hiking, :)
Any support would be so nice!

There is an online shop in Switzerland selling some of the superfoods you refer to and many more! All raw and organic (waiting certification). no durian and chia seeds though.

In south beach I have seen that kind of stuff all over. in fact three couples were in the ocean making love to their boyfirneds when I was trying to have sex with mine. No privacy!
