yep, and not just raw! that's why you should read the books with an open mind, try it for yourself, then work out what works for you.

- I met Prof Rozalind Gruben and her partner Dr Doug Graham a few years ago. I adopted a raw diet designed by her and was astonished at the change in my health, vitality and mood...I am not 100% raw 100% of the time yet, but I'm getting there-any help along the journey would be greatly appreciated
