You can introduce raw goats cheese to get your B12, not vegan I know but still vegetarian and still Raw. I did and straight away started to feel a lot stronger. I still think if you live in a tropical environment then 100 percent vegan is possible.

Sorry I can't make it, I am overwhelmed at present.
I'm helping out someone with rescue horses putting some herbs together for diabetes and laminitis, Ithink gynostemma is good for laminitis. I get quite involved with difficult cases like that, another one recently was tapeworm that had got into the brain of a child, grim... herbs don't touch tapeworm once they have left the intestinal tract and crossed the blood brain barrier. Zapper don't work either they just chop the worm in half and enable it to spread and can make it worse. Eventually they used expensive bio resonance machinary and built a more powerful zapper than you can currently buy and got rid of it.
I'm not that interested in the business side that is really Ken's stuff.
Ijust saw the post below for you, funny that as Ihave been thinking it would be good to get a raw food support group together, going through all the different types of raw food diets ones that work and don't why different things work for different people etc, as a lot of people have developed probs.
Anyway, just a thought, I know charlie, nice guy but not really knowledgeable about raw food ie he thought soya milk was raw food.
Hey Rich,
I know one other raw foodist! There's two of us in our raw-food world, me and Shona. Shona lives in Teignmouth, we met through the job centre (of all places!) last year. I saw your workshop advertised somewhere. I met Holly at the Big Green Gathering last year. She inspired me to take the plunge and go raw.
Do you know if there's a pot-luck thing going on locally any more. I called Charlie in Totnes about it a few times, but it seems nothing was really happening at the time. Maybe we could make something happen?
I'm down in your neck of the woods a bit as my parents live in Paignton. I went to school in Torquay.
It's good to hear from someone in the area.
Best wishes,
Claire.
Yes I would love to meet up for a chat, most of my friends seem to be rawfood internet buddies, I don't meet up with many of them very often. I meant to write earlier when I saw you lived in Torquay but thought you were moving to Poland or something but maybe I got you muddled up with someone else.
Louisa is my user name on this forum although it is my middle name, I prefer not to use my name as I'm quite introverted, the other one I use is florrie on sunfood.com, and ariel on rawfoodsupport.
www.vibrationalgaiarising.com, this is the site I got together with my partner, I researched all the products, and sources and supply some of the other raw food sites, I want to do something different now though.
im confused. matt monarch swears by regular colonic hydrotherapy. its his no.1 raw tip, didn't think it could be dangerous but now it kind of makes sense. enemas seem much more natural in comparison.
I've heard great, great things about Living Light Culinary Arts Institute in Fort Bragg, CA. I know that isn't really in the Los Angeles area, but it's still in CA and I believe they provide students the option to stay in their 'Living Light Inn'....
The way I see it is that generally people who label themselves are confident of the path they have chosen while, also generally, people don't don't label aren't quite as sure if what they're following is the right way to go.

my breathing capacity is great, and thats the only thing good.
things that have actually worked for me:
Valerian root for tea - very calming...
Lemon juice, sliced lemon peel, lemon grass or lemon verbina, raw honey, star anise (optional), maybe some ginger, hot water (let it all infuse together for a while) ...
