My friend is a Native American Artist his name is Kirby Satler it is inspired from 1 of his paintings called "I am Crow", however I didn't have the crow to put on top of my head like the painting. I have pictures of this years to be put up soon it...

A recipe for body scrub that is amazing and detoxing !!! I do massage and energy work !!!
Take 2 1/2 tablespoons Himalayan Sea Salt grind to a fine powder add 1/8cup Organic Macadamia Oil and 1/8 cup Organic Hemp Seed Oil. Rub lightly onto skin of entire body, wrap body in warm moist towels and relax for ten minutes while getting a hot oil foot massage, then rinse off lightly in chlorine free shower then let your body detox for the next 12hrs. while eating lightly on high alkaline foods and if possible ERW Electro-Reduced Water...Hydrogen Rich Water created from a water ionizer. contact me for more information if needed.

Here's what I had:
Green Juice (cucmber, kale, celery, lemon, green apple)
2 apples
banana
lots of carrots
humongeous salad with raw dressing
2 soy/gluten free veggie buegers--cooked :...
if i was gonna fast,i would be heading to Tanglewood,pronto ;)
to be fair when I think about it I do sneak up on them when they are sleeping too so perhaps I should keep my moyth shut
