- I'm a lifestyle/health/movement educator, author, international speaker, writer and host of Rawkin'Radio, Celebrating Your Potential, Natural Products Radio and starting a new show soon.
I'm married and living in SoCal where I've got a small, organic garden, which, after creating some produce will be eaten or given away when there's an over abundance.
I create income through all of the above plus teaching raw food classes in my home, holding a mastermind/support group; teleclasses and selling books/ebooks, etc.

My World
I'm a natural health practitioner and educator of approximately 23 years having healed myself of various health issues including asthma (which almost killed me twice), food and animal allergies, suicidal depression and various other lil issues. My main website was Revvellations yet, I'm currently building a new website, compiling a new book; creating a new work/playbook; beginning a new podcast and I've got two retreats in mind which I think women will adore. I'm certified as a raw food chef and instructor; have written a book ~ Smoothies and Smoozies for Life which is quite a seller on Amazon; and a playbook called "Revvellutionize Your Life in 30 Days ~ a Self-Empowering Playbook" which is sold via my site as well as through Webster's Fine Stationers, here in Altadena, Ca.
My two most popular online radio shows are Celebrating Your Potential and Rawkin' Radio although, I've slacked off a bit on getting guests for them as I've been focused on my membership site Let's Talk Raw!

Habits, Cravings and Emotional Eating
Last Monday night when training with my teacher and the group, I noticed that my teacher was looking like he'd gained some weight.
After class we were talking and he'd mentioned he'd gained back about 8-10 pounds.
