- About Me:
- I am about 97% raw. Why 97%? Because I sometimes have a little maple syrup or tamari which are not raw. Also I'm not vegan as I eat raw honey and bee pollen on a regular basis. I have managed to get rid of a condition called Crohn's by giving up my medication and switching to a raw food lifestyle. I'm gay (as in queer, at all times; as in joyous, most of the time), I'm a musician, a Holistic and Indian Head Massage therapist and I teach French. I'm not religious at all but I'm spiritual.

- Favorite Raw Food or Recipe?
- I mostly eat fruits and delicate green leaves of all kinds (lamb's lettuce, oak leaf, baby spinach etc). But I also love things like mashed avocado with fresh mint, chopped red chili pepper and a pinch of pink himalayan salt. Celery. Cucumber. Hempseed butter. Raw white almond butter. Okra. Fresh herbs (mint, basil, tarragon, parsley...), Cedar nuts. Bee pollen. Crystal Manna. Grated celeriac salad. Dandelion salad. Daikon. Young coconuts. Lucuma. My homemade banana/raspberry/vanilla and banana/raw cacao/cinnamon ice-creams. Raw chocolate bars by Raw Living, The Raw Chocolate Company and Conscious Chocolate.
All FRUITS, but my faves are (in no particular order): cherries, dried mulberries, seeded Muscat grapes, fresh and dried pomegranate, durian, hass avocadoes, olives, pineapple, peaches & nectarines, mirabelles, cherimoya, figs, dried jackfruit, charentais melon, damson plums, wild forest strawberries and last but not least... WILD EUROPEAN BLUEBERRIES!! [Vaccinium myrtillus] (aka 'bilberries' in England or 'myrtille' in France): They're small but their colour and their flavour are SO intense that they make your teeth blue, your tongue purple and your heart sing!!
