Hi there :)

Sorry for the delayed reply, I have recently moved house… further west actually, Woodlands Park, oh my goodness so so magical, I have lost myself going for long walks with the baby in the beautiful bush setting, we hadn’t even got the phone and internet on until today (6 weeks into it!), but I do like to be reclusive at times.
Yeah, pretty cold at the moment to say the least! You can tell when it’s snowing down the line, makes raw much harder, have been aiming for 85% per day, not doing too badly, but do like to eat roast kumara, been baking then they slide out of the skin, convenient for me and bubba, but still drink tones of green smoothies, baby and I have a morning ritual of going out to the garden to gather greens and then he washes them for me, cute!
Thanks for the note about Earth Seed in Glen Eden having raw essene Sultana buns, can’t wait to try.
No, I don’t have a dehydrator yet been using the oven on low, but do want to get one at some stage.
Follow through by Gavin Degraw is one of my favourite songs too.
All the best for trying to pick up in the freezy weather

Love and light

Hi Reetz...Nice to hear from you. Yeah winter is a little harder it seems. Try adding some ginger to your juices and if you feeling adventurous try a straight ginger shotty of juice in the morning. This is really warming. I eat raw chilli's ( not the seeds which really warms me internally and some brisk walks and exersize gets ya warm for a while. Also adding warm water to your blended soup ca n be nice at the time but tend to make me feel the cold afterwards. In any case don't sweat it and enjoy the transition. Its all fun and games :0) The number in the paper sounds cool for the raw chef classes. Renata is great at fromgreytogreen. She graduated from The Living Light center in Fort Bragg USA.

1 Avocado
1½ dl Blueberries

water for consitency
Blend in mixer until smooth
Enjoy the bliss!

You should also try photo ten, cucumber (peeled and seeded) + dates (pitted). So delicious!

Hey Reetz, Thanks for the add. I like to sing and dance with you (doesn't mean I can either) some time. Hope I get the chance at some point.

Those food pics are all raw, and are acctually not avialable in any recepie books. I pick things up and add/subtract as I go along. Sometimes things taste better, sometimes worse (I don't display what tastes lesser good). Ask me if you'd like to know what/how I made any of those recipies and I'm try to remember. A few of them I know since I make them almost daily.

Good luck practicing on your harmonica, it's a nice instrument.

In divine love
:P

Hi Reetz. Thank you so much for your beautiful words...I am humbled. I have always enjoyed food preparation so when I became raw I took it to the next level so that i could enjoy my food a little more than just juices and smoothies...when i wanted to :-) I experimented at home for afew years then went to Living Light, a raw chef school. There are a couple books i would recommend that you start with and those would be Raw Revolution by Cherie Soria, and Raw Food Made Easy for 10 ro 2 People by Jennifer Cornbleet. Both of these are designed for the beginning raw foodie. They will both give you some fundamentals and have easy to prepare recipes. Anyone can make them if you so choose to do so. I'm sure you would be able to whip up some wonderful dishes from either of these books to impress yourself, your friends and family.
My best wishes to you and if you have any questions please feel free to ask.
Take care and be well
PLA
