I'm new to this community and trying to find other people who have Crohn's and are raw :) I'm just starting out as a raw vegan but I was wondering how you started off, and how did you deal with the medication side of it. I have so many questions I hope you have some free time to answer them for me :)

The doc want me to keep a to week diary on things, he did not give me anything either, me hormone results all fine, must be me just being a basket case all the time!

Going through detox at mo, keep getting hot flushes, eye is streaming sore, ridding of horrid stuff, rash, sore gums, all a bit mental!
