Heey, I'm becca. what to say, what to say. well I just started going to college this Fall '08 semester and so far so good. I grew up being home schooled and I thought it was great. I love to think about things and dig deeper into my heart and motives.. I gotta admit it's pretty ugly in there though.
I find art to be wonderful, I'm a libertarian and non-professional photographer..

I just wanted to contact you in response to your post. I can TOTALLY relate to that feeling of frustration that comes with binge eating. I have years of history with BED and other eating disorders which I won't get into. You can read more on my profile or blog ( http://www.mindfuleats.blogspot.com ). Anyways, I'm just starting to learn about 811 and I am going to try to follow it after coming off of this fast but I've heard it's hard to follow. You might want to think about doing a cleanse (like the master cleanse/lemonade diet) to help you. That really helped me stay raw and stop my binges for the most part. You might consider trying raw without 811? Have you read the part in the 811 book about emotional eating? I found it really interesting. There's also two helpful groups on GI2MR that I would recommend joining for support; Raw Body Image and Binge Eating Disorder. Best of luck with everything. Keep in mind that this is a very common disorder and you are in no way a lone.

Last time, I had one 16-oz organic beer and I was hung over all the next day till 7pm.
I see why they call it ...
Ireckon every person should get into drugs once in their life; it opens up your mind, you descover new parts of yourself - your capacity to feel - to feel; happiness, to feel powerful, to feel how deeply you can love people. You feel godly - fresh...
Angus, It may seem like a piddling point, but I think it's important that we don't call theories "laws". And thanks for the clarification on this one. ----tele

Why do you believe this? And if it's true, it means we don't have to worry about remineralizing or otherwise s...
