Hey there! Your body will tell you how slow or fast to go, but the cheerleading of a community can really speed things up. So - rah rah rah!

I find that my body responds intuitively to 'peel and eat' diet. If you are looking for an awesome blog with a simple diet, check out www.StevePavlina.com.

Best of luck to you!

hi stacey, I was doing Hatha Yoga, that involves asanas, prayanama, bandha and mudras. Apart from yoga we were taught Anatomy, Psychology, Philosophy etc., so that the students of this course could teach yoga and take it as a profession later.
