Well im really layed back, never let anything bother me too much, im really interested in self improvement, ive been a raw vegan for over a year now and thats working out phenomenally. im a total nature boy as long as im outside im happy, biking trails, or just hiking around is always a good time, ive been getting into rock climbing as well .i just finished my open water diving course so im pretty stoked on scuba diving now. i always try to keep a little busy somehow either drawing, reading, writing, making necklaces, watching documentries, going with the random flow of acquaintances, or trying out a new recipe :)other then that Im a pretty fun easy going person that loves hugs, cuddles, and having a good time. Trying new things never gets old. I can be somewhat of a funny guy in most situations im always called the most drunk at a party and i dont even drink lol but dont get me wrong i can carry on deep conversation. My main interests include mostly health based things nutrition, fitness, massage, positivity, you know how it is:) i love to travel keeping life fresh makes it go by slower making it more enjoyable. hopefully i'll be going back to school to be a naturopathic doc or a chiropractor something like that maybe not even that lol.Im currently starting my own bussiness as a landscaper, and trying to get some courses done so i can start helping people with finances and such.but yeah i probably missed alot, im pretty dynamic generally so message me if i seem like a pretty sexy guy lol.
peace

Hey, it's wonderful you are keeping it raw! I have to say I changed a lot too, not only moving to Vancouver :-)
but also made the step to stay 100% raw, it has been over a 1 1/2 now, so I guess, long time since we last saw each other. For me it's easier to eat simple raw, that means smoothies, salads, juices, trying to stay 80/10/10, so a lot of fat doesn't work for me. And it has been wonderful. I need to buy a vitamix soon, so that I can increase my consumption of greens, my current blender doesn't blend them well, so except for salads, I don't consume enough greens, which I feel I should. We should exchange some experiences :-) Yeah, keep in touch
i dont think i need to loose weight, im just 120 pounds. or 55kgs.
but i guess its the cooked food, i havent changed my diet as much i want to.
and yeah keep my muscles tensed when im seated i will do that.
i do push ups and a little leg lifts myself but it doesnt give me the same results.
Well i'm a music education major right now, so the only thing you can with that is obviously become a music teacher. Although, I'm thinking that with be my secure job, but my dream is to open a raw organic local food restaurant in or around my area and have it be better than ANY freakin restaurant in the state. Or maybe a raw food, spiritual bed and breakfast oasis. That would be sweet.
Hey! Thanks for the add. I look forward to talking to you. It seems, from ur profile, that we have an uber lot in common. Most of my interests like yoga, massage, water sports, raw food un-cooking, meditation, and gardening to name a few are primarily all based around health. So, you go to college?

Yeah really that was just my negative response to Arnold Ehret's book from an emotional standpoint. I just found it lacking in completion. There's good logic in it though.

I'm not going to comment on climate change. But i will comment on carbon trading. Because they can produce such a consciousness of fear out of global warming - they are able to manipulate markets much more severely - and they seem to get away with...

In the past couple of days, I have had some ugly and unwelcome visitors knock on my door. Their shadows have darkened my doorway, and these guys really want to be heard!
