About Me:: I am interested in living a healthy and sustainable lifestyle for the good of the planet and the human species. I appreciate each new day to continue to learn and strive toward a better me so that I can put that forth to my fellow humans and animals with whom I share this beautiful Mother Earth. Relationship Status:: Single

Favorite Raw Food or Recipe?: Coconut, cacao, avocado, persimmons, sunflower sprouts.....oh so much.....it's all so good!

Interests (outside of Raw Food):: The outdoors and sunshine, volunteering, animal lover (horses and cats being favorites), dragonflys, hiking, biking, camping, gardening, Yoga, massages, Qi Gong, quantum physics, meditation, music, hugs, dancing, theater, reading, traveling, comedy, puzzles, attending horse shows, and recipes. I am always open to learning. Love to laugh and have fun! (=^_^=)
