About Me:
I am interested in living a healthy and sustainable lifestyle for the good of the planet and the human species. I appreciate each new day to continue to learn and strive toward a better me so that I can put that forth to my fellow humans and animals with whom I share this beautiful Mother Earth. Life is not about being perfect. I believe all we must do is make a conscious effort on a consistent basis to work together and not against one another, and we will succeed! (~_~)

Favorite Raw Food or Recipe?
Coconut, cacao, avocado, persimmons, sunflower sprouts.....oh so much.....it's all so good!
Interests (outside of Raw Food):
The outdoors and sunshine, volunteering, animal lover (horses and cats being favorites), dragonflys, hiking, biking, camping, gardening, Yoga, massages, Qi Gong, quantum physics, meditation, music, hugs, dancing, theater, reading, traveling, comedy, puzzles, attending horse shows, and recipes. I am always open to learning. Love to laugh and have fun! (=^_^=)

Wow! That's great! I've always wanted to start my own place like that but this is my aunt's horse and I don't own any property yet to fulfill my dream.

Thanks for the invite Rawmaste! My dictionary and its cousin the Word-a-Day calendar bring all sorts of joyful verbage! I adore your photos - reminds me of the equine friends my grandmother used to have and riding, albeit in desert rather than snow! I can sympathize as I too am in that quest for the next place that will help support my raw food relationship; positive vibes your way as you search for the next opportunity.

Chimps eat fruit (mainly) vegetation (rarely) and insects (even more rarely) and smaller monkeys (when available) but they are not -strict- fruititarians.

Ani Phyo has a recipe for Chocolate Hazelnut Mylk: 1/2 c. hazelnuts 2 T. black sesame seeds 2 T. cacao nibs 1/2 c. pitted dates pinch sea salt 5 c. water blend!
