- i love life..i love eating raw foods,especially lower fruits,heaps of greens unsweet fruits,seeds,young cocos avos,and sometimes some dulse mmmm all yummy and good for my tummy...i am high energy and fun loving,kind and compassionate towards others.Life is for living.And i firmly believe what you put out you receive back,threefold in life.

- smoothies,with young coco and celery and a banana tsp of maca and maybe a tsp of cacao,it rocks my world...i adore greens and vegs and a balanced way of eating raw foods :)

- i adore cycling,yoga especially the five tibetan rites,pilates,running,powerwalking,hiking,swimming esp in the ocean,reading,hanging with like minded crew.Going on holidays.i love animals. i especially enjoy, helping other sin their own personal journeys towards the ultimate health,joy and fulfillment.

my healing journey.
Today it seems is the first day of the rest of my life.I picture myself vibrantly healthy and well and bouncing off the walls with energy.
2 days ago,i got test results back.I have a parasite in my bowel.
I am very low in magnesium.I was running on adrenalin and my pancreas was overworked bc i was having blood sugar spikes all day long.My hypothalamus and parathyroid is working at 70% of what it should be,therefore i am not releasing enough melatonin for deep healing sleep nor seratonin for hap… Continue
