In my opinion I think Fruits, Vegetables, Nuts, Seeds, Sea Veggies, Herbs and Superfoods want to help us get there in some way, shape, or form! They are beautiful foods that make us feel GREAT!
I gave up meat... Jun 06'! Then Oct 06' animal products! Since Oct 07' I have been incorporating more raw foods into my diet and it's the best! I thank my beautiful girlfriend Kimmy for her support and LOVE! She's the best ever! P.S. She makes the best Raw Lasagna in the whole galaxy! Unless you go to the planet Saturn... those aliens really know how to un-cook lasagna! : )
I feel amazing on a Raw Vegan Diet! Everyday is better than the next! Since there are so many different raw recipes out there... it is SO easy for ANYONE to live this way! I laugh as much as possible and keep a positive attitude all the time! So far I have noticed that my eyes are whiter! My skin is clearing up! I sleep much better than ever before! I am less hungry and more interested in nature! The list goes on my friends! The main part of this whole lifestyle is to reconnect with our inner self and our Mother Earth! ENJOY JOY AGAIN! Lets ALL support each other with this AMAZING raw foods movement!!
