I'm married, live in NW Washington DC close to Takoma Park, and my husband and I have 2 cats. I work in a federal library, hence my profile name.
How can the community best support you in your journey? (moral support, transition advice, fitness tips, etc)
Moral support, and continuing to be the wonderful resource that it is. I think Dhrumil's sherpa program is a great idea.

Favorite Raw Food or Recipe?
Curried carrot/avocado soup, Israeli salad (both from Rainbow Green Live-Food Cuisine), Cilantro Spinach Paneer (from Freshtopia.net), zucchini hummus, and green smoothies are my current favorites.
Interests (outside of Raw Food):
Literature, the arts, yoga (I teach kundalini yoga and practice kundalini and Bikram yoga), travel, music, and of course raw food cuisine!
Favorite Books or Authors:
Anything by Heinrich Boll, Vladimir Nabokov, Robertson Davies, Alan Bennett, and M.F.K. Fisher. My favorite raw food book is Rainbow Green Live-Food Cuisine
