been away for awhile...
...really went back to SAD, in a bad way. Gained back weight I worked so hard to lose and just feel unhealthy.
In Aug. I went back to school and have since received my Nursing Assistant Certification and have a new career after being a stay at home Mom for 17 years!!! I am very satisfied with that part of my life.
Very recently, during some routine blood work I found out I have Hep C, which if you don't know, is a virus that attacks the liver. I have chosen the natural, nutritional treatment r… Continue

Juicy
Well, this is my 9th day juice feasting and all is well. I feel amazing, I've lost 10 lbs and my skin is bright and clear. It has been easier than I thought it would be and I have discovered some wonderful green juices(and some not so wonderful!!) Would love to hear from any other feasters. *PEACE*

i just bought one by Raw*Revolution...its a little oily but tasty...i got the cashew agave one,i think i like the spirulina one better though...its 100% raw yum yum
