wow,thats so interesting about being dehydrated Loren,even all raw and feeling hydrated,and peeing enough times in a day,and not having the dehydration signs of a crack down the middle of my tongue..that certainly is thought provoking!

John, I would go to Tanglewood anyways. I do not agree that so called "properly medically qualified...practioners" are necessary, as Loren pointed out the know very little about the nature of fasting, so I would think their opinions would be rathe...

Yesterday when I clicked to read Carmi's "Recipe of the Week: Persimmon & Coconut Cream Parfait", I sure was in for a wonderful treat! Chocolate Banana Almond Butter Pie

Just read your blog - nice! sounds like you are also thinking about going? I've heard lots of good things from people abt the city and have wanted to go for aaages. My post-grad studies are coming to an end so I thought I'd get a post-doc sometime next year at UBC...I love trees and the forests there look so awesome....I just hope there's a beach near by....and I've been told it's a bit...less warm than Aus?....which may be a problem...but yeah, I'm quite keen - will let you know!

Wow, I REALLY love all of the raw food you make!!!!!!!!! My sister and I go to your blog all the time. I made some of the "Refried" beans for some friends who don't eat raw, and they both thought that it had real beans in it :-)

I don't think this exists for humans yet, unfortunately - but what I think would be the healthiest mattress (and virtually free of dust-mites, even bed-bugs which inflict some homes recently) for humans would be the same as the healthiest for pets...
