Raw Food APT / presenter space in NYC April Sublet
I am off to Japan to teach and do some Raw Food events. I need someone to take my APT next door to Quintessence and Live Live April 8th - 30th. You must be a Cat lover, my three cats will not be going with me LOL!
The space is also set up to do Raw Food events. It can seat up to 14 people so if you are a teacher, coach, yoga teacher or presenter this is perfect for you. Also I have Cable Internet and AC not that you will need AC in April, but hey, you never know!

First Live Internet Class
I will be doing a class live on-line for the first time this Sunday. I have always wanted to do this and finally my buddies at quest.tv.com have come through. It is going to be really cool that people who don't live in NY can attend one of my classes. I hope this works out and can keep doing it. maybe a series or something. Anyway i hope to see some of you there. It is going to be and Indian Dinner with all may favorites.

(for restaurants and famer's markets..) I know from personal experience what your proposed "incentive" would do! :-) Seed saving is an art form! If you have juicer (best yield comes with non centrifugal) then try juicing ginger root and adding it to either warm or hot water to drink. I use use ginger and cayenne a lot especially in winter as the are both circulatory stimulants and therefor...
I am successfully all raw in Alaska. It has been a bit of a bumpy ride to get here, and I would love to share what I've learned.

Marinated black olives are perfect healthy raw treat for any givin moment. I love having these marinated olives with a bowl of fresh wild baby rocket leaves or any mixed baby leaves and a glass of water.
