I had Chef Richard's lasagna in January, and it was so wonderful that though I live 2 1/2 hours away, I am tempted to travel to Sacramento just to eat his food.
I did fall off the wagon, but I jumped back on about a couple of weeks ago. Funny you ask, you were totally on my mind when I was purchasing my grass last week.
Yep, we are real close. Probably did some shopping together, and didn't even know it. We definitely need to get together and do something.
I don't have a wheatgrass kit...maybe I can get one and we can start the growth process together, because I'm just like you. I could totally see myself having the kit to grow the grass, but still buying it.
I'll be in orientation for a few weeks, but I will be in touch.
lol...It's by New Natives. I only buy if it's super fresh looking. It's near the mushrooms. Walk up to the mushrooms at the Cupertino Whole Foods, then look to your right.
I use to work down the street from WF in Santa Clara, but I'll start working in Fremont tomorrow. That's going to push me to grow my own grass...Wish Me Luck!
ahh I just read one of ur posts concerning Victoria B. sp? lol and I HATE when the so called experts brush questions off because their conclusions are based off of a primary POV. Personally If I were going to speak to the masses I would feel it was my duty to know a lil sumthin about ALL the masses lol
Enjoying my love affair with raw foods which I discovered 2 years ago. Still learning through trials and errors what works best for me, and I am educating myself on the subject as much and as fast as I can.

Thanks Priyam! You are very kind and generous with your appreciation, and I appreciate the specificity. I agree with you completely that fasting is generally very poorly understood, mostly feared, and almost always avoided.
Though someone once su...
Hey Michele! We fast 8-10 people per year for 6 weeks and most of them have amazing experiences. Incidentally, though some people imagine there's a need to "work up" to a long fast like this, many are fasting this long for the first time; in fact,...
We dont want organic pasteurized, that is the same as conventional to us. Its been treated with something to kill it because that it what people do kill beautiful things it seems. Dead people.
Hi Jeff,
Every organism is completely self-healing. When sick or badly injured enough, every species will lie down and rest completely. Fasting itself has no curative power, but when we stop processing food (the single most energy expensive proce...
