What The Mind Wants, What The Body Needs
On November 10th I embarked on a 100% Raw Food Journey...
I believe I am at day 54 today...
But, the important thing that I've accomplished so far was to get through the holiday season unscathed. I did not falter from my journey. I got through the holidays 100% raw and feeling purer, healthier and wiser from the experience.
But two things became a problem for me:
1. I'm the only raw vegan in a large Filipino family. So, the usual temptations (that I grew up with)... those sinful Filipino dis… Continue

All almonds sold in California are treated with a gaz or a chemical, in both cases the almond does not sprout, it is hence dead.
Amen, Loren. So do you feel the same way about blending then? The whole fiber is still there with blending so not improving on nature as much as sort of 'pre-chewing', if you will
